When I reached home, I discovered brownish watery liquid was coming having blood threads like structures. What must I do now and is it miscarriages symptom

Married. Mother of 6 months baby. Patient of hyperthyroidism from last 14 months. In Bahrain, Doctor advised for laser or removal surgery. She went back to Pakistan last week and checked there in CMH hospital Lahore. Doctor asked surgery is dangerous as the level is so high. Can you guide about a good hospital and doctor who can deal with this critical case successfully? Regards

My mother was diagnosed with PCOS a few months back. In order to regulate her cycles, doctor prescribed famila 28 for 3 months. The cycle was regular for the past two months. It would start at the second last brown pill. This was the third month, but this time the cycle did not start even after completing the pill pack. What could be the reason? Is it normal? Salam. My cousin has pain in her breast and all around the breast. Pain going to the arms and shoulders as well. She has pain in the back exactly at the breast side(left one). She has no lump, she was thinking about heart problem but that is ok. Drs said that it is muscular pain but she said that she has pain all the time when she lay down, can't breathe properly.
